Before DrorOne, they had already built and operated successful ventures in e-commerce and payment services across the United States. But they saw where their industry was heading, and they wanted to be ahead of it. Blockchain and crypto are growing rapidly, and more firms have incorporated blockchain into their systems.
So, the client made a deliberate decision to expand into the crypto sector. What they were not sure about, at first, was the direction. The question was not whether to enter crypto, but it was how. Centralized crypto services were familiar territory. They looked like the infrastructure the client already knew. Decentralized services were a different model entirely, one that moved control directly to the user.

The more they examined both paths, the clearer the answer became. Centralized crypto platforms control users’ funds and require KYC procedures to enter the platform. Decentralized, non-custodial infrastructure was different. No third party holding the user’s funds. No institution stands between the user and their transaction. Builds strong trust among the users. Transfers that settle faster, operate across borders without restriction, and give the user complete ownership of their digital assets. That is the reduction in friction the client was looking for, and it aligned with the purpose behind everything they had built.

So they came to InnBlockchain to build DrorOne, a non-custodial crypto wallet that would serve as the crypto arm of their growing financial ecosystem.

The Task

The initial requirement for DrorOne was to send and receive crypto across multiple networks and currencies, which is the backbone of the product. Then they asked to integrate Swap along with on-ramp and off-ramp features. This serves as their primary revenue stream. Swap lets users exchange one cryptocurrency for another inside the app through a third-party service. On-ramp and off-ramp allow users to buy crypto with fiat and sell crypto back to fiat without leaving the wallet.

The final expansion addressed a specific friction point in how crypto users access their funds for everyday use. In the conventional flow, a user selling crypto receives fiat into a bank account and spends from there. This process involves a bank as an intermediary at every step. The client wanted to remove that dependency entirely. The task was to build a virtual card feature where users deposit crypto into the wallet and receive the equivalent fiat balance directly onto a virtual card. This bypassing the bank account step. Users could then spend that balance on day-to-day online transactions without navigating a crypto-to-fiat conversion flow or involving a bank in the process.

InnBlockchain’s task was to deliver these capabilities as a cohesive, scalable wallet that upholds the core principles of self-custody and meets real-world usability demands.

The Action

Our team structured it into four sequential phases, each corresponding to a distinct product capability the client required.

Phase #1 Send and Receive Crypto

The wallet’s core function required supporting multiple blockchain networks and currencies behind a single user interface. We built a unified send and receive layer where each supported network and currency runs through a dedicated module handling transaction construction and broadcast.

Private Key Architecture

Key management follows the HD wallet standard (BIP-32/BIP-44), where a single mnemonic seed phrase generated on the user’s device at wallet creation deterministically derives all private keys across every supported network. The seed phrase is stored in the device’s secure storage and can be viewed by the user at any time from within the app. If the user uninistalls the app or clears the app data, the seed phrase is permanently lost. On mobile, private keys and the seed are held in the platform’s hardware-backed secure storage, the iOS Secure Enclave or Android Keystore, making them inaccessible to other applications and to the operating system itself. All transaction signing happens locally: the wallet constructs the raw transaction, signs it on-device, and broadcasts only the signed transaction hex to the network node. No private key material ever touches InnBlockchain’s infrastructure or the client’s backend systems at any point.

Users can send and receive crypto across multiple networks and currencies without switching between separate apps or wallets. To achieve this, the wallet generates and stores private keys locally on the user’s device and never transmits them to any server. All transactions are signed on-device before broadcast, and address derivation follows established standards, keeping the wallet compatible with external tooling and other wallets.

Alongside send and receive, we integrated WalletConnect into DrorOne. WalletConnect is a protocol that allows the DrorOne wallet to connect with any external decentralised crypto platforms such as Uniswap, PancakeSwap. Once connected, users can interact with those platforms directly, using DrorOne as their signing wallet. When a user initiates a swap on an external DEX, the request is relayed to the DrorOne app. The user reviews and confirms the transaction from within DrorOne, keeping private keys and signing authority entirely within the wallet.

Phase #2 Swap

After the initial release, the client identified an opportunity to bring swap functionality directly into DrorOne, removing the need for users to navigate to external DEX platforms. We built an in-app swap experience powered by Rango, a DEX aggregator that connects to multiple decentralised exchanges through a single integration.

Rango’s smart routing engine evaluates available liquidity across all their integrated exchanges in real time and identifies the optimal execution path for each swap. When a direct trading pair between two assets is not available, Rango automatically routes the swap through one or more intermediate assets and exchanges to complete the trade. Thus delivering the best achievable output without requiring any manual input from the user. This multi-hop routing mechanism ensures that users are not limited to pairs directly available on any single exchange.

Within DrorOne, users can set their preferred slippage tolerance before confirming a swap, giving them control over the acceptable price variance for each transaction. On each completed swap, a fee is built into the routing rate, generating revenue for the client. This is a clean revenue mechanism with no separate approval step required from the user. The swap layer is designed to work with any aggregator. Rango can be swapped out for an alternative provider, and additional third-party swap providers can be plugged in alongside it. All without changing the wallet’s core logic. That flexibility is a deliberate architectural decision, not a workaround, and it keeps the swap engine open as the product scales.

Phase #3 On-Ramp & Off-Ramp

To give users a complete fiat-to-crypto journey within a single application, we integrated on-ramp and off-ramp capabilities into DrorOne as per client’s requirements. On-ramp allows users to purchase crypto directly using fiat currency without leaving the wallet. Off-ramp enables users to convert their crypto holdings back to fiat and withdraw to a bank account, again without switching to an external platform.

Both functions are powered by Bridge, a third-party regulated provider that handles the full flow from KYC verification to executing the actual on-ramp and off-ramp transactions. Users complete KYC through Bridge directly within the app, and once approved. Bridge processes all fiat-to-crypto and crypto-to-fiat transactions on their behalf On-ramp and off-ramp serve as an additional revenue stream for the client, complementing the income already generated through in-app swap.

Phase #4 Virtual Card – Crypto to Virtual Card

Virtual Card addressed the difficulty of conversion that users often face when trying to spend their holdings in everyday transactions. To get the virtual card, the user makes crypto payment to the external provider. Once the payment is confirmed, the system generates a virtual card. That’s loaded with the equivalent fiat balance, enabling users to make online purchases directly without navigating a crypto-to-fiat conversion flow at any point in the transaction.

Card issuance is a regulated activity, so virtual card access is also gated behind KYC. The virtual card platform itself was the client’s existing system. Our work was to connect it to the DrorOne wallet through the client’s API, so users could access it seamlessly without leaving the app.

What InnBlockchain Delivered

InnBlockchain delivered DrorOne as a self-custody wallet with four integrated product capabilities. Multi-network Send and Receive, Swap, On-ramp and Off-ramp, and Virtual Card built as a single, cohesive application.

The architecture maintains the non-custodial principle across all four features. The user holds their keys. The client earns revenue through Swap fees, On-ramp and Off-ramp fees, and Virtual Card issuance and top-up fees. And users can now move between holding, exchanging, and spending crypto within a single application without depending on centralized intermediaries at any step.

InnBlockchain designs and builds non-custodial crypto wallets with multi-network support, integrated swap, and real-world spending features.

Talk to our team to build your crypto wallet >> Get Started

Firm DrorEcosystem, USA Sector Crypto Wallet / FinTech Product DrorOne Non-Custodial Wallet Features Built Send & Receive Crypto, On-Ramp & Off-Ramp, Swap, Virtual Card Challenge Self-custody + Real-world Spending Solution Non-custodial wallet with On-device key management, swap routing, Virtual card The Situation The client was not new to business.
